Maintenance was fast and efficient.
Nice place to live, wonderful neighbors. When work gets done on the buildings for repairs, etc, the residents need to be informed. the back doors of a few buildings have been blocked off and we weren't notified of this. Also, beware of squirrels. Update: please fix the ceiling fan in the gym. Its so hot in there and we have no way of controlling the thermostat to change the temperature as its locked up. ******
Living at the Candem was exceptional it was peaceful and the amenities were great .thanks to all the leasing staff and maintenance crew who made living there great
Imad on your maintenance team is amazing. He is professional , efficient. Always makes sure the job gets done right. Cleans up after he is finished. Love living here, knowing that the team at Camden care about their people living in this community
