Nice place to live, a bit old and things definitely need remodeling like the bathroom, I’ve had to get the tub re-caulked twice and it’s still bad (I guess they haven’t heard of water proof caulk?). Winter is nice and quiet, summer is BRUTAL, if you’re unlucky enough to live by the pool and field you’ll get woken up by landscapers what feels like EVERY morning, and kids run, scream, and yell each and every night. The apartments here are small, but the in unit laundry is nice, and the buildings are generally clean, which is nice. Maintenance is also a high point, as they are quite responsive, and on top of it (to just maintenance alone I’d give 4.5 stars). The management is meh. While they’re generally responsive to emails, they have a pretty terrible communication system for important announcements. Hot water is out in your building?
