My aunt bought a dryer 90 days ago and has broke twice. Because it has been "2 separate issues" they refuse to swap it out. The "manager " told me that since it under warranty they will repair it. #Todd is an idiot
Stopped in to browse around on Saturday 3/1/25. Saw a refrigerator that we wanted so we told the lady salesperson that we were going to go home and do some measurements and that we’re interested in that refrigerator. Went home did the measurements and called back and got the answering machine. Left a message to call us back and that we wanted that refrigerator. Camdens is the absolute best. After fighting with Costco for 19 days, I cancelled that order and went to Camdens. I bought my washer and dryer on Friday and just under 24 hours the were delivered and installed. Delivery guys were great and went out of there way to make sure everything was working as it should before they left. Wish I could give more than 5 stars
Repair serviceman was courteous, Professional, On time, Diagnosed the issue immediately had the parts in his truck. Our appliance was repaired less than an hour at a valued Conscious costs. We will definitely call Camden Appliances again if we need an appliance repair or if we decide to purchase a new appliance just because of the respectful way, they took care of me as a customer.
Had a technician named Joshua come out and do my dryer vent cleaning, he did a wonderful job and was very polite. I was impressed with the satisfactory service i was given! 10/10 would recommend for all your service needs!
