I purchased appliances here 2 years ago and the support we've had since then has been great! The few issues we've had have been quickly addressed by a Camen service tech. They are always very knowledgable and friendly. Yesterday I took my 84 year old grandparents there and Alex was a great help in answering their questions and putting them at ease with their first major appliance purchase in 30+ years. We believe in supporting small businesses, purchased appliances through Camden and actually referred family and friends. But unfortunately quality and customer service have declined.We purchased a a new Electrolux refrigerator a couple years ago and our fridge items have been freezing. Service guys have been out 2-3 times to resolve the issue but to no avail. When I do call/ or a service person comes out to try and fix the refrigerator the only thing that they can say "Well, you have an extended warranty it's not out of pock... read more

I bought a refrigerator May 8.. the freezer wasnt freezing because door wouldnt close all the way. Its duck taped. I was told it had 1 yr warranty. They sent repairman and he said he had to find a part and was going back to the store. Never heard back from him. I went to Camdens because my husband called to find out why he didnt come back and no one called about it. They said they thought it needed s top latch but its a newer one and doesnt have it. My aunt bought a dryer 90 days ago and has broke twice. Because it has been "2 separate issues" they refuse to swap it out. The "manager " told me that since it under warranty they will repair it. #Todd is an idiot

Stopped in to browse around on Saturday 3/1/25. Saw a refrigerator that we wanted so we told the lady salesperson that we were going to go home and do some measurements and that we’re interested in that refrigerator. Went home did the measurements and called back and got the answering machine. Left a message to call us back and that we wanted that refrigerator.
