RecommendedCamden Sotelo is an excellent complex. They’re very helpful and responsive to and requests. Much better than any other rental community I’ve stayed at. The apartments are also really nice since they previously were a condo community

RecommendedCamden has been an amazing place to live. We’ve lived here for over a year now. Robbie and his team have provided excellent customer service and we signed up for another year in a heartbeat. They’ve been very supportive over the pandemic as well. They even covered a months rent for many tenants who were struggling during the lockdown. Maintenance is unbeatable. They will fix or replace literally any issue in your condo. 10/10. Highly recommend living here.

RecommendedThe past year I’ve lived here has been nothing short of a incredible experience. Roberto made sure we had a smooth move in experience and is always finding new fun ways to bring the community together! Maintenance team is always on top of things and fixes all our issues in a timely matter. We don’t plan on moving out until we are ready to buy a house! I’ve had 3 different friends move into the complex since they loved our apartment so much.
RecommendedMoving has never been better than it has at Camden! From the start, Victoria was a ray of sunshine to us. She made the process so easy and exciting. We’ve enjoyed living here and have not run into any problems at all. The few minor problems we had were resolved within hours by the awesome maintenance team (Jerry is great!!). If you’re thinking about moving to Camden, do it!

Horrible apartments. I provide my notice back in October and they are now saying (Nov) it wasn’t provide and wanting me to pay for an extra month at their “month to month” price. Stay away. Management side steps the issue and doesn’t get back to you. When asked to speak to upper management they do not provide their info. This place values the bottom line more than their residents.
RecommendedWe've been here since 2019 and still enjoy the amenities that beautiful Camden Buckingham provides! It's such a pretty community with lovely neighbors. The maintenance team, especially Patrick, is always proficient in reaching out whenever we send a maintenance request. We want to give a shout-out to Ms. Stephanie, Peter and Dwight who originally helped us out in finding the right floor plan and settling in. Our puppy Tiny loves to visit everyone at the lease office (and get dog treats whenever she can!)
Don’t move here!! Would never recommend and I feel so sorry for even recommending my family to move in here.
