I came to Camden at a transition point in my life with many special needs and requests. I have found the staff incredibly helpful, courteous, thorough, and fair. The complex is beautiful, the pool is outstanding, the fitness room is very good, and the price is right! What more can you ask for? I'm thoroughly pleased! Thank you, Camden staff!
i been living here at Camden Addison for over two years ,and for many years to come. one of the greatest assets they have here is the exceptional management staff here, they are always helpful, courteous, and precise. they always go beyond to make sure that residents are satisfied. I'm what you call " difficult customer" and they manage to help me out promptly all they time. glad to live here

My family and I have lived at Camden Addison for about 6 months now and absolutely love it! The office staff are always so welcoming and warm and fun to chat with. The maintenance team is always there to help out and they always seem to complete our service requests in a timely manner. Our daughter absolutely loves the pool, it's so beautiful...almost like a little resort get away and very well kept. We definitely look forward to living here for a while and creating new memories in our new apartment home. :)
I have just recently did a transfer to another Camden location. I am so elated to be working with Cody. He has made my stay here thus far so remarkable. I look forward to my stay here, thanks Cody for everything ;-).
I was a resident there for about a year and this place was not the worst but pretty bad. There is no insulation in the walls so in the summer my apt would get over 85 unless i set the AC to 68 then my electric bill was over $300. The apt also leaked air like made since the fireplace was not sealed properly, i know it wasn't sealed properly because I had water run down the fireplace when it rained. At least when I was there they didn't have any where enough package boxes outside and they refuse to sign for boxes due to their ... read more
