Zero stars. They never showed up for the appointment and I texted them asking about their no show after no phone call or communication. I received a quick response stating that their technician got in an accident on the freeway on their way to my house. I might have believed it but I had done my homework and knew from a google review that they had used this same excuse not too long ago from another client.
