Absolutely worst management ever. God forbid something happen and you need to talk to someone, good luck getting in touch with them. They never respond.
Terrible communication. When you need to talk to our managers about some problem, they are never ever available. Won't answer your calls or emails. Absolutely not professional.
Slightly average property management company. Property managers rarely visit property site. There is a web site "portal" for homeowners. No consistent info provided monthly Condo Board meetings or other topics of interest to community. Work order requests are on-line but actual work is not managed on-site by CAMCO and contractors sometimes do not complete work or perform to specifications. I wish I could give them zero stars. They are the absolute worst! They continually raise the HOA fee's, yet they do nothing! They are liars and thieves! I called them about our roof that is being replaced and the lady in charge of our condo association has no clue to what is going on! Greedy and clueless; this is Camco in a nutshell. Stay far away from any property they so call "manage."
Our home sits right above the boilers and machinery for the building... I called the "emergency" line to request a technician when the mechanicals below our floor were shaking our entire unit and making loud rattling sounds which prevented us from sleeping. We were told a technician would be paged to be sent out. After three follow up calls and 2 hours later I received a call from CAMCO saying they can't get a hold of the technician and we will just have to wait until the next day.
