The summer before my junior year I was bitten by a copperhead and had to be raced to the hospital . We went to the closest one where I live which is RGH . They wanted to make me sit in the waiting room while my foot was about to fall off (luckily a very nice woman started telling them that they were crazy and told me to take her place in line , that was cool ) . I am so thankful for the wonderful care my son received over the past few weeks. His nurse in the PICU was wonderful. Everyone there helped to make my husband and I comfortable and spoke to us throughout everything so we knew what was going on. Thank you!!!
Had my daughter in March 2014, at 26 weeks 1 day, via emergency c-section due to HELLP syndrome. She spent 4.5 months in the NICU. Amazing nurses and staff took care of my baby girl and helped me through the process. Also, great physical therapists, March of Dimes NICU support, and volunteers.
