Had my first child there in 2013. I was in preterm labor at 22 weeks and 3days. They would not tell me what was going on and would not answer my question's but had the nerve tell me after my water broke that my daughter wasn't going to make it. Great thing to tell a first-time mom! The nurses and doctor's need to learn some bedside manner and answer their patients questions when they ask them! No wonder I am not having my second baby there!
The staff was very nice & helpful. The facility itself needs some work. Everyone was very helpful to us & our little girl!
From the ER to the Peds staff, everyone was exceptional. Dr. Mehta Erin Chelsea Vicki Debbie Shena Kelley Karla Randy and anyone I may have forgotten, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I may be a nurse myself but when it's your own baby sick or hurting all the nursing goes out the window. Our baby was cared for like she one of their own & treated like a princess.
