I would not recommend this place for mental health care, especially for anxiety or medication management. My provider, Claudina (not sure of spelling), made me feel belittled and dismissed. I went weeks without being seen, was switched to different medications, and still did not have proper follow-up. Overall, the lack of communication and support made my anxiety worse rather than better.
This place was wonderful, front desk were very nice and attentive. My doctor Anna DiGregorio, was literally the best doctor I have ever seen. I have really bad anxiety and she made me feel comfortable, she wasn't just in and out. She really wanted to get down to the problem. I've never had a doctor, show so much care in what was going on with me. She is officially my new primary care doctor, after seeing her, I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. Thank you for the kind care.
Was very polite
I needed labwork done on Friday and was sent to this facility. The gentleman who checked me in was super friendly and personable. He made me feel very welcome. The phlebotomist was really good. I bruise very easily and she did not leave a mark. The people in the front office can make or break your business. Smiles and kindness are free. I very highly recommend this facility.
