Dr. Crompton is very good at explaining an injury and the treatment for it. I appreciate that very much. Also, he doesn't rush to surgery and explained my options very clearly.
Absolutely love this place, they have been nothing but amazing to me for the past year I’ve had to come here, always listen to my concerns about my shoulder & never play around. 10/10! I see Chelsea & Dr. Ead is my surgeon
Have had great experience here. Been seen on time. And he looks into everything to make shure I am good. Have been seen for several different reasons
They literally do not answer the phone at all nor do they return phone calls. My pcp and I have tried for TWO MONTHS to get someone there to answer. They don't. They send every call to voice mail & never return any.
I have called several times in the last 2 weeks for an appointment. Dr Cox has done both my knee replacements. And I need seen for my shoulder. Since I can't get a call back for appointment. I will be finding another doctor.
