I recently visited Cambridge Toyota for a scheduled service, and I’m happy to say the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. The Parts department was helpful as well, making it easy to get exactly what I needed without any hassle.
Ridiculous customer service. Spoke to a lady in parts with a question. She responded arrogantly. Manager if you see this. Please speak to your employee on how to answer phones. Thanks.
