Lived there for 20 years with five different managers. Water constantly being shut off. School adjacent presents traffic and noise issues. Repairs to central heating system in one bedrooms refused and swamp coolers put in. Only the two bedroom units were repaired. Washers/dryers always breaking down. Spa is used by children as a pool. I moved in here two years ago. While there were negative reviews prior to my arrival, the management changed around the time I moved in, and my experience has been excellent since then. Here are some of the key positive aspects: 1. On-site management 2. Responsive and supportive staff 3. Prompt maintenance services 4. Calm, clean, and gated community with automated entry 5. There is an underground garage, so it is secure, and there is an elevator, so it is convenient. The new manager is quick to respond and she always does her best. I always ask for help like a child, but she understands and solves problems with a genius. I am living quite well in this apartment.
I moved to this apartment from central LA 3 years ago. The apartment manager has changed, and the new manager is doing her job properly. Well managed and reasonable rent. Recommended.
