Horrible management
I love this place. Great space, layout and storage. It’s older and a bit dated but you won’t find a better deal in town. Despite some of the other reviews, I can honestly say we haven’t had any issues with management, and maintenance has always been on top of any issues that come up. The landscaping is kept up on really well and in my building at least all the neighbors are quite and keep to themselves. We plan to stay until we buy a place.
Lived here almost 6 years and only had a problem with CURRENT apartment manager. I've had my ac fixed almost EVERY year but THIS YEAR was the first having a problem getting it fixed 4 days to have fixed in the middle of summer. REMIND YOU I HAVE A INFANT WITH HEALTH ISSUES. Currently having HOT WATER not available day 3 of this. Suppose to be fixed at noon, CURRENTLY 6:30 and it's still not fixed. GET A NEW MANAGER MAYBE PEOPLE WONT HATE THIS COMPLEX!
It used to be a safe place to live. Problems arose mostly due to the gang activity and car prowling.
