It’s ok When I first moved here everything was great! The old leasing rep was the best! The new leasing team is ok and I believe they will get better within time! Great community, just don’t fall on hard times cause they might not be willing to work with you! The apartments are spacious and neighbors are decent!

Dont do it Pick anywhere else. The people in the main office have so rude. If you want to pay your rent online its an extra $30, or you have to go to the bank each time to get a cashiers check. The apartment was disgusting when we first moved in. You pay for ALL utilities, and if something is in your lease they'll just tell you its wrong and force you to pay another amount.
DO NOT RENT This place is horrible. Infested with cockroaches, management never answers the phone and they will raise your rent and over charge you without notifying you.
Worst place in Marion In unit washer and dryers are the only positive things I can say about this place. Communication from management and staff is awful. My apartment had mice and very little was done about it. There were also police in the area responding to calls regularly.
Horrible communication Staff was always changing. They had three different managers and I was only there for 14 months. There was always miscommunication regarding the rent, rental insurance, payments, etc.
Do not come live in this apartment All they do is lie,I finally got my mail keys box after 3months now the mail box is broken they still didn’t fix I gotta go to the post office everyday to go pick up my mail and trash everywhere in this apartment just don’t come ..I regret moving in this junk apartment
Decent Pros: Decent amount of space for price Washer and dryer in unit Fairly cheap to heat and cool Nice management Cons: some things cheaply put in People smoke in units causing smoke smell Some people don’t watch their children Loud rowdy neighbors Not much storage space
Lived there for 2 years It’s okay, the kitchens could do with an update but everything works and we didn’t have many issues. Great apartment for college kids or new couples, it’s cozy.
