I got in fairly quickly, the physicians assistant was amazing. They went above and beyond with my medical emergency. I can’t say enough great things about them!
We went to urgent care same-day clinic, Cambridge Allina at 6 PM as they are supposed to open till 8 PM but it’s a two hour before close period of time we get there and there’s a sign-up saying that they are closed no reason no nothing. I called and was told that they are at capacity for their urgent care patients today. I said there’s no one in that waiting room or anybody around and she said that’s because they’re done they saw the number of patients that they are allowed to see in one day. 2.5 hour wait to be told I'm "next for a room" not a doctor. Board said 1 hour when I checked in at 1030. Zero compassion. Zero patient priority.
Yes the wait can be long sometimes but it is urgent care its that way everywhere. Always got straight forward care they do everything they can to get you the right diagnosis. They also don't try to up sell you with a problem you did not come in for like another urgent care to the east
