Amy and Daniel were excellent to work with. They are consummate professionals, very quick over phone and email, and straightforward and honest advisors. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD! I was treated absolutely HORRIBLY by this business. The manager was so rude SHE MADE ME CRY. I was 8 minutes late, due to traffic (Harvard graduated that day - Cambridge had some traffic!). The broker I was supposed to meet with and paid $40 in a cab to get to her office had already left because I was "so late." THE BROKER NEVER CALLED ME. This is a review for Michael Ortiz. I had to rent an apartment in a very short time and I came across Michael's contact on Craig's list. He reached out to me very soon and found some options for me to review. He was really efficient, patient and professional. He negotiated with the landlord in my behalf.
