Praveen is wonderful! We normally do not work with specific realtor's because we, my husband and I, usually feel like they put their own agenda's above ours. This is not the case with Praveen. I am a LANDLORD and with the help of agent Anton Mikhavlov from Cambridge Realty Group I found new tenants for my 3BR apartment. I found Anton to be flexible and accommodating to work with a very hands-on, involved landlord who runs her own rental application process with background checks. Mike was fantastic, he made our group a priority and we got the house that we had loved from the first showing. My fianceé and I were looking to upgrade our apartment to a bigger better place and Anton M. and his manager George from CRG came to help! I owned and operated a business and couldn't spend any time during business hours filling out countless applications and forms as it's usually common when you're applying for an apartment.
