Terrible property management company. They don't clean the common areas of the building.
Rotten property Management company. They don't keep common areas of building clean.
Cambridge Real Estate Services are a joke. They have zero protocol, take zero accountability and will lie to your face to protect themselves. They tried to rent an apartment to me that stank of cat piss. Even with pictures of the physical damage from excessive urine they only addressed half the problem, stating that a "flooring inspector" approved areas of the damaged vinyl and sub-floor which were visibly sunken and exactly below an area of drywall that was oversaturated and busting out from the cove base.
