Terrible management. The front office is rarely occupied, and even when it is, they don't address real issues. Noisy neighbors, rarely any parking, dumpsters constantly overflowing, never any accountability. Management has even had their own employees leave positive reviews to try and raise the overall ratings of the complex so more people want to move in. Maintenance is rarely reachable. They try to scam you out of your deposit when you move out. Renters beware!
Just like every other slumlord. Steals your deposit when you try to leave because they jacked up the rent hundreds of dollars. Don't rent here, you won't get your deposit back from them.
