This place is a nightmare. They're owned by a large company in downtown Portland and they use scare tactics and legal jargon to try and threaten tenants into submission while violating local and state laws well aware that most of their residents cannot readily afford to go toe to toe with them legally. I'd give this place a zero if I could, been here three years, and the driveways and firelanes are as packed with cars as a dealership. Makes it impossible to find parking or even navigate out of our assigned spots. Only has gotten worse over time, and there's no management retention. There's virtually a new face at the office every week. Edit: We moved out on June 14th 2025, we found black mold in our entry closet from a possible leak behind the drywall while we were cleaning it on our last day. I've lived here over 5 years, and things have changed for the worse, so I’m updating my review. These 1980s apartments were maintained pretty well overall until recent years. Nowadays, the Wellington Estates is trashy and gross.
