JUST THE BEST! I lived in this complex 3 times. My moves were for personal reasons, but when I need an apartment — this is the place to go. They rarely have availability for a reason — it’s a great place to live. Reasons: Fairly price for the clean, pest-free and well maintained apartments. They are all spacious and with in unit W/D. We have been leaving here, Cambridge Park Villa for three years we are comfortable and safe. The security is good and good service if there is any one want the home is here.

Cambridge Park Villa is not only a beautiful and peaceful place to live, but it is also very well managed. The property managers and all the workers here do a fantastic job keeping everything clean, safe, and welcoming. They are friendly, responsive, and always ready to help, which makes a big difference in daily life. Combined with the calm, green surroundings, the dog park, and the convenient location close to Seattle, this community truly feels well cared for. I am glad to live here.
I lived here for almost a year now. The stuff is extremely friendly. I love that there is an exercise room with a full set of dumbbells. Cambridge Park Villa is a safe friendly place to live.
