Most of My Deposit Taken for “Cleaning” Despite Leaving It Spotless I’m very disappointed with how this apartment complex handled my security deposit. They kept almost all of it, claiming it was for cleaning, even though I left the apartment in clean and very good condition. I vacuumed, wiped everything down. Soy inquilino actual de esta propiedad no se las recomiendo aqui ni visitarte pueden porque los mimos de la propiedad te mandan la grua para que te lleve los carros auque los tengan detras del carro que pagas tu parqueo porque aqui todo es pagado osea que aqui tu tienes que vibir lejos de tus amistades y familia porque cada vez que te visitan les toca pagar 700 dolar de geua porque ya van 3 veces que pasa eso cuando me visitan no renten aqui no se los recomiendo
We really like this complex; the staff is friendly, and any maintenance issues in the apartments are resolved quickly. The location is great, close to Seattle, with all the shops nearby. The apartments are nice and clean. One suggestion would be to improve the children's playground.
No les recomiendo este lugar la gerente es una persona mal educada ,grosera y vulgar para dirigirse a uno. Solo margarita es buena persona ,Creo que aún no se ha dado cuenta que gracias a todos sus inquilinos ella lleva el pan a su mesa, busquen otra opción mejor, porque esta no lo es. Grandioso lugar para vivir con excelentes prestaciones. ya es mi tercer año consecutivo renovando contrato. El lugar es muy seguro y acogedor !!
