While l've had some mixed experiences with the complex itself, the maintenance and support staff consistently go above and beyond. They are always fast, responsive, and incredibly efficient at resolving any issues that come up. Oscar, in particular, has been a pleasure to interact with and consistently ensures the complex runs smoothly, all my issues were resolved by Oscar or Robert, I would say, immediately not making me to wait or repeat requests. Their hard work is truly appreciated and makes a significant difference.
I have been here for a few months now and I really enjoy living here. Oscar, who is in charge of maintenance, is extremely responsive and I feel very well taken care of as a resident at this apartment complex.
Lived here for 2 years, really contemplated even writing this. Its a decent place to live geography, close to the freeway. We had to move upstairs on our second year due to rent increase in the current room. And to be clear they would not lower our existing rent to match the empty space upstairs. It was either move upstairs to the $200 cheaper room or stay in the old room with a $100 price increase. Oscar was quick, professional, and super friendly. He fixed everything perfectly and made sure it was clean before he left. It’s rare to find such reliable service. Huge thanks—maintenance team is top-notch!
I was so excited during tour around that apartment. Especially with a tennis court! My move in day is today. I arrived after 2 pm and cleaning ladies are still here not close to finishing work. If I decided to move in around 8 am as soon as a get my key what they do? Like cleaning around movers who bringing my furniture and boxes? The door is in absolutely trash condition with flipping lock. Guys, literally you charge $3150+ per month and I get the unit in the getto style condition with chipped walls and not properly working... read more
