Currently looking for a new apartment. Will not be even looking at this place - based on the reviews.
I currently live in this building. For over a month and half now there has been construction first in the apartment next to me and now the one above. It’s always something with this building. Management is slow to respond and when you ask them about something they always take forever to get back. No one seems to know anything. I’ve never seen a building so poorly run and maintained. Garbages are always overflowing outside and sidewalk’s aren’t salted or shovelled in the winter.On weekends the lobby and elevators are a mess someone must have this responsibility on the weekend. There is one cleaning lady who works hard and is always present during the week but you can’t expect one person to do it all as the other people in charge sit in the office and do nothing.
