This doctor is unfriendly and in to much of a hurry. I didn't know if I was even heard.
The clinic was in my network but the eye Dr was not. I was told my visit was covered 100%, it was not covered at all. I tried to fight this billing but lost. Had to pay the entire bill. Was very misformed about the insurance coverage at this clinic. None of the staff members were any help either in this matter. I was very disappointed that I was told by the insurance people & the receptionist at the eye Dr's office that my visit would be in network, yet it wasnt. My ins. Co. at the time was Humana. The receptionist is extremely rude. I’ll NEVER be back here again. Such a snotty attitude. Just called to ask a few questions and she was acting like I should already know the answer. Hope it’s recorded to be reviewed. Just lost an eye glass customer and will be getting my eyes checked elsewhere. Upon reading other reviews. Sounds like they are snotty to just about everyone.
Recommended!
1st time with this provider after my last optometrist retired. Was so thorough and understood my condition.
