Edward Oswald, owner, is the worst! He's a liar and undermines the confidence of the tenants, as Cambridge Management oversees HamptonCourts in Country Club Hills. My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. RecommendedIf you need a professional property management company, look no further. Ed and his team will take care of you. Trust and reliability are the most important qualities in a management company and they truly excel in those departments.
The lack of concern that the property manager Ed Oswald has for the owners is beyond me. Extremely rude, insensitive, and highly unprofessional! I’ve been here for 3 years and currently have to look for a new place to buy. I would not recommend this management company at all.
