We live in a 4-unit condo on the 2nd floor. The unit blow me had issues with their kitchen sink & called a plumber. The plumber stated that the problem is in the main from inside to the outside. After a couple of weeks, I received a bill for $290.00!! No one came to my unit to inspect anything. I did not nor have had any problems with the sink in my unit. Edward Oswald, owner, is the worst! He's a liar and undermines the confidence of the tenants, as Cambridge Management oversees HamptonCourts in Country Club Hills. My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible.
