I am a resident of one of your properties. I need a direct email to your corporate office CEO. I need to file a complaint against the management of Crowne Pointe Apartments and their lack of action against a resident who has been harassing us for over a year.
I live at Eastridge Apartments in Yakima, I decided to leave this review only for my Apartment Manager Andrea Bedolla ( Viola Apartments) Andrea has been amazing person, she manages complaints on a timely manner, she cares for the residents, it would be Cambridge lost if she were ever to leave, or let go, considering Cambridge Management, Inc. is not the best management company, Andrea is the only reason I'm doing this review. She is some how the face for that company right now. My rating for Andrea is 100% plus.
Absolutely the worst property management in Washington. They hire management and maintenance without background checks or training. Management changes hands twice a year, you have no idea who anyone is or when they're replaced. I moved out and moved on, but... Crowne Pointe Apartments in Olympia is a absolute dump. Rotten decks and you will eventually fall through, hostile management.
