Absolutely the worst property management in Washington.
They can't keep maintance moved in almost 2 yrs ago at the time dishwasher would not drain it's been almost 2 years and it still does not drain we have had problems with the sink which is another problem is probably to do with the dishwasher that they told us to do dishes by hand and put it in the dishwasher just to dry that is an amenity that we pay for and they are faithfully faithfully raising our rent each time that they legally can but nothing has been done about what we complained about when we first moved in here and ... read more
Do not rent here they leave the doors propped open at night so transients are living here and have to be drummed out of here because they keep popping stairwell seed doors open so all kinds of transients are coming and going here! I just went down to the office and ask for who the manager is are they refused to tell me who is running Covington Senior apartments... Who is the manager today because every 5-6 days to change your management... I have been screaming they keep popping doors open at night and my stalker left a note... read more
