Horrible management. Horrible communication. They don’t care about their tenants. My sister lived there with black mold and they just sprayed it and put sheet rock up. THAT IS IT! They were given a short time to leave the apartment only after my sister called the city inspector. The city inspector deemed it unlivable. It could have been correctly solved. Yes, there was another apartment offered AFTER the whole ordeal. Also, why would she want another apartment there when they didn’t even correctly fix the issue? I have scree... read more

you cant get the office to answer their phone at almost anytime i have tried calling the for 5 hours straight on a monday fro 930 am to 230 a still no answer
So Happy this place is under new management. The previous Manager was rude, discriminating and always moving in family and friends. Her office smelled of cigarette smoke because she smoked inside..Just not the professionalism a property needs. Thank goodness for new management!
This is literally the worst place to live. The manager on the premises doesn't care about u or Ur family. If something is broken an needs fixed well forget about that. They don't care an if it does get fixed it gets fixed in their own time with no concern for Ur suffering. The manager needs to take anger management classes as well! Bottom line don't rent from this place you will regret it trust me!
if you want a good place to live and you want people who care about what is happening in the complex this is the place to be. the manager is hard but fair, she cares about people. the staff works hard to keep the place in good condition. the pool is great. you have to follow rules but it is clean and quite and a safe place to be.
