The nurses were awesome but when my Dad was dying their 24 hour line dropped the ball over and over again. My Dad suffered for 8 straight hours before anyone from hospice came out. And 6 hours for the triage nurse to get to my Dad. I’m so upset with this company, and I will keep giving them 1 star reviews. We live in Murrieta and they promised they would hire more hospice nurses in our area. 1 triage nurse in TEMECULA that happened to be off the night my dad needed her.
