They make beautiful homes for just about anyone
We built a home with Cambridge in 2019 and they literally disappeared after our closing. No follow up, no punch list, no warranty work. The experience was so poor that we sold this home after living in it for less than three years. I haven’t talked to any of our neighbors who had a positive experience with them either. DO NOT build with this company!
After backing out due to several price raises. Cambridge homes held our property deposit for over a year ($6500) and now that they have sold it are refusing to refund us even though we have a contractual agreement. I am now forced to contact BBB and fight for our money back in small claims court. Do not trust this company.
