Dietitian Lily is the kindest practitioner I have ever met. She truly listens to my concerns and shows genuine, holistic care for my overall well-being—not just my diet. Her guidance is clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand. I feel she consistently puts her patients’ best interests first and never treats anyone as just a number. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dietitian or nutritional advice. The clinic is fortunate to have her as part of their team.
Dr patrick odeh is rude, dismissive and has no idea what he's doing. Absolute incompetence. On more than one occasion refused to order appropriate tests or referrals because he didn't know how. Didn't listen to a thing i said. Actually just hung up on me while i was trying to get a referral to a stroke prevention clinic without spending 18 hrs at the er just for the er dr to tell me to follow up w a family dr, because that's what happened the last time i tried.
Dr. Lily, a nutritionist, provided me with excellent guidance on weight management. She took the time to thoroughly explain food choices and nutrition in a clear and helpful way. My 16 year old son woke up today with strep throat. In a panic, I Googled which walk-in clinics were close to me and found Gateway Medical Centre. When I called, the receptionist was very kind and told me that there would be a 30-minute wait. When we came, we were seeing by the receptionist right away and given the registration form to fill out. She greeted us with a smile and kind words.
