Very disappointing experience - I went to this clinic for a new-patient meet-and-greet after waiting approximately three (3) weeks for an appointment that worked with my schedule. Unfortunately, the appointment was not even ten (10) minutes long. When I tried to discuss my health concerns with the doctor, I was told that he was “way too busy,” had too many patients, and could only deal with two (2) concerns at a time. My family moved to Cambridge from Mississauga last year and had a hard time finding a local family doctor. We are so happy that we found Gateway Medical and specifically Dr. Sonubi! She is so kind, so thorough, and never dismisses your concerns. She genuinely wants to help her patients find solutions to their problems and brings so much compassion to healthcare.
