I have gotten several bouquets of flowers for my girlfriend with the most recent being roses for Valentine’s Day. The service has always been wonderful and the flowers always beautiful.
This is the second time my husband has ordered me an arrangement from this shop. The first time, they corrected the issue by sending a new arrangement and I amended my review. This time, the poor quality is clearly a habitual issue. My husband specifically asked for me NOT to be contacted as this arrangement was meant to be a surprise. I recieved a text and a call midday from Cambridge Floral asking me what time they could deliver. When the arrangement arrived, many of the flowers/leaves are dying or wilted. Wow! I ordered flowers from Texas to be delivered to a friend in Cambridge. I called within the hour of them closing and placed the order. The flowers were delivered to her within an hour of my call/order placed.
