Completely unorganized. I made an appointment to get dental work done and was only scheduled for half of the work I requested. When I inquired about the remaining work I requested, I was not accommodated even though the scheduling issue was their fault. They told me that I would have to schedule another appointment to complete the remainder of my work. I have a very busy schedule and I explained that to the dentist. I also was an Invisalign patient.
