Worst experience ever! I arrived 15 min. earlier for my ultrasound and did not go in until 10:10. She told me the tech was 1 hour late arriving. When I was called in the tech very arrogantly asks me why I'm late?!!!! I told her I was her at 9:20 and my appointment was for 9:40. They said you were late. She said nothing else. Rude, unprofessional. The 3 people at reception should be more accommodating and pay more attention to the appointments instead of drinking coffee and laughing. Never would go back!

Review for Dr Parveen Gupta My wife is pregnant and has a labour job with mandatory overtime. She is very weak from constant vomiting, losing weight day by day, and suffering from body pain and fever due to the heavy work. Her legs ache constantly, and it is clear she is struggling. Review for Dr. Cumberbatch You can never get ahold of front desk to even book appointments during their available hours. When we eventually did they cancelled last minute and now we have to repeat this process. I understand it’s busy but holy we can’t even talk with the receptionist

Review for Dr. Baal – Delta Medical Centre Extremely disappointed with the service at Delta Medical, especially with Dr. Baal’s practice. I wish there was a minus or do not visit Marking— the most unprofessional doctor of my life, Dr.Parveen Gupta, I never knew that to visit a doctor I gotta tell only one problem in one visit, and for him to address my UTI and backache he mentioned that I should book another appointment to book a day off from work and come back again to the same place and just repeat my problem????
