I lived here for 4 years. Neatly maintained the apartment only to sacrifice my 1/3 of security deposit. It was difficult to get response from wpl mgmt and property manager. Dont expect your security deposit in full. Thats my experience. The initial inspection feedback will be good but later the charges on your final settlement will surprise you
