I don’t want to be angry and I did meet two really nice ladies that live here but I had an appointment at 10:30 AM for June 28, 2025. This property needs management bad the three ladies that are in the office are unprofessional. They never answer the phone, their communication is non-existent I've been calling for 3 days trying to get someone on the phone so I could get a quote on an apartment and do a tour nobody calls back when I leave a message nobody ever answers the phone. These apartments have gone downhill. They can't keep anybody to turn over rate is very high
More like half a star, but that wasn't an option. I have waited over 6 months for a replacement air filter for my unit and today I woke up to my vehicle gone. After being asked if it was registered with the tow company a few days ago by "new" management, I have never known an apartment complex to deliberately try to hinder its tenants with so many obstacles. DO NOT move here unless you only want a spot to live with lazy management. Alexis the new employee has been horrible since starting she tells you she will get a message to someone and never does, she sits in office everyday all day but can’t answer the phone. I’ve been here for a year the pool has NEVER been open and they even stated they won’t open it, the fitness center never been open and if there is a laundry center open it is filthy.
