Update: The management is neglecting resident complaints, many of us have complained about several things. My neighbor said that people are doing illegal business in the parking lot and also that people are parking in spaces not belonging to them. Each parking space cost $60-80 dollars, and other people park in empty spaces and the management is neglecting responsibility. I’ve been living here for years, and the staff has been very helpful in any occasion! If I need maintenance, there is no issues. They are right on it.
(CAUTION‼️)If you are interested in renting or are currently a resident you should consider this (Residents can skip to the bottom.) I have NO idea who is responsible for managing this property but it is SKETCHY to say the least. After expressing interest I was given an appointment to conduct a “self-guided tour”. Don’t rent here!! Cockroaches! And dirty and loud neighbors
if I can give this place a zero. I would. I lived in these apartments for 7 years (2018-2025) First couple years were fine. But the last two were absolutely horrible that I decided to leave. For the seven years I lived there, I was unable to use the pool. I understand the shut down during Covid, but besides that -the complex shouldn’t be advertising amenities that it does not have.
