The living conditions here are incredibly frustrating due to three major issues: Endless Noise: People are constantly playing loud music late into the night. Update: The management is neglecting resident complaints, many of us have complained about several things. My neighbor said that people are doing illegal business in the parking lot and also that people are parking in spaces not belonging to them. Each parking space cost $60-80 dollars, and other people park in empty spaces and the management is neglecting responsibility. I’ve been living here for years, and the staff has been very helpful in any occasion! If I need maintenance, there is no issues. They are right on it.
(CAUTION‼️)If you are interested in renting or are currently a resident you should consider this (Residents can skip to the bottom.) I have NO idea who is responsible for managing this property but it is SKETCHY to say the least. After expressing interest I was given an appointment to conduct a “self-guided tour”. Upon arrival I scanned the QR code to receive a list of apartments to tour & a code to enter. All of the apartments given were “leased” but one could assume they were still available to tour.
