Management is unprofessional. Many hidden charges, and when you inquire about them, you’ll just be blamed. My neighbor kid had a cockroach crawl into his mouth as he slept and Cambridge told their mom that it was her fault and she was the one who brought the cockroaches in. (Despite being fully aware of the infestations)
As a current resident I can say, the complex is unkept, infested, and dangerous. Management is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. But you’ll never see managements face as they hide out in the locked leasing office. They have an abundance of hidden charges and are not transparent. When inquiring about said hidden fees, you will be intimidated until you no longer ask questions. There’s many openings because housing management is TERRIBLE Jasmine, Aurthor, and Sebastian are no help in the slightest. Cambridge Court offers no leniency and expects their tenants to blindly obey. When you run into cockroaches, mice, and stumble on the infestations of ants and decide to reach out. You will be told there’s nothing they can do. The community describes this place as “chill” because housing does not care. You can smoke pretty much any substance on this premises without management caring. I often see “deals” ... read more
My neighbors are always fighting and blasting music I recommend this apartment but it's not that good.
