When it comes to home repairs, etc., Joe Clotzman initially talks a lot about establishing a “relationship”. After spending a considerable amount of money with his company on several jobs, some of which were done better than others, I didn’t even get the professional courtesy of a return call when I contacted Cambridge about another job recently. Never will again and suggest you don’t either. There are better options out there!
So through many emails I have come to learn that the majority of my issues are HOA related. Cambridge manages the property, but can only do what the HOA allows Cambridge to do.. Mr. Clotzman and Cambridge are not at fault for the issues I highlighted earlier.. I had to be educated on this fact and will refocus my efforts where they belong.. Since I cannot take down my negative review I will at least make an attempt at correcting the record.. Mr. Clotzman is passionate about his business and his work..
Mr. Kenny Gall is absolutely correct in that we will not meet with people who are rude, profane and aggressively threatening. We take the safety of our staff very seriously - to the point where Mr. Gall was formerly warned of law enforcement action should he come in the premises. It is unfortunate that the world we live in allows such behavior.
After leaving a negative review on here concerning Joseph Clotzman he then the following email: Nice review Kenny. We will see what your employer has to say about your emails. Joseph Clotzman refused on numbers occasions to meet with me about issues in the neighborhood his company takes 31k from my HOA to manage it.. Dues are not being collected, property is being allowed to remain in disrepair. When you ask him about it , he resorts to insults and blocks you.. Never, ever hire this company to manage your property.. I promise you will be sorry.. Horrible, horrible person and company!!!
Joe has managed an apartment complex that I own for greater than 5 years now. He and his staff do an excellent job. They keep the property full, and also keep the tenants happy. They do repairs quickly and give good recommendations. I find that often reviews from former tenants are negative for any property management firm. Tenants like to try to bend the rules when they want to move out or try to keep their entire security deposit when in fact they have created damage. The reviews by Richell R, Vera B and Matt M - all placed online the same day, by the same individual or his wife - are NOT from customers. The individual was a person who came into our office and became very aggressive and agitated over a violation reported by one of his neighbors (he is a renter in a managed community).
