I have been a participant in Dr. Burch's wellness plan for over a year and have had nothing but positive benefits from getting adjusted on a regular basis. I have less tightness and less discomfort in general which I notice on a daily basis. I would recommend getting adjustments to anyone trying to improve their quality of life
