Mark was incredibly helpful regarding my purchase of a 2026 Civic Hybrid and I love everything about the car. No pressure sales tactics, Honda sells itself. Was already going to buy the car and my old car broke down, they leant me a vehicle to use until my vehicle was ready for pick up which they definitely did not have to do. Thanks again
Went here a few different times over the years to get services and there is always a problem. I got my timing belt changed here and 2 days later the mechanism with the serpentine belt fell apart. Went to a 3rd party who let me know that they would of had to remove this mechanism to get to the timing belt. Cambridge Honda refused to acknowledge their mistake. Additionally the staff are mostly miserable and rude (with the exception of Gracie), I will never return here for service and if my next car is a Honda it certainly will... read more

It was a pleasure to work with Moe. He was able to locate a Civic Hybrid Hatchback this past summer when they were difficult to find. He even loaned us a demonstrator while our car was in transit. If you want to work with a low pressure and knowledgeable sales consultant, Moe is your go to guy.
