I would give only a one star if I could, I took my car in to be serviced for A/C that wasn't working this past spring, since I purchased the car I've had it in several times for the A/C they've replaced my condenser that was on recall (4 times) over a span of a few years .This time service (Jordan) had me sign a waiver basically stating that if they found something that was out of warranty I would be charged for the inspection (be careful what you sign), when I came to pick up the car they had not fixed the A/C but told me t... read more

Friendly staff. Servicing is fast and easy. EDIT: 2025 I've been going to Cambridge Honda for at least 8 years now. On May 7th 2025 I went in for a routine maintenance and get a tie rod replaced. The tech recommended getting new rear left brake calipers and right rear shock. I declined at the time. I would highly recommend purchasing a car here. I bought a used Accord from Keenan. He was very helpful during the process and gave me the space to make my evaluation of the vehicle, while providing me with all the documentation to feel comfortable with the vehicle’s history. The financing department was honest and straightforward. I have been back to get the car serviced and found the service department to be trustworthy and effective.
