I had always had great service here but the last two times have been ridiculous. My last service appointment I waited 6 hours to find that they had somehow missed my car and I had to return the next day. This time I am here for routine maintenance and my appointment was at 10:45. I was told 3-4 hours. It is 3:56 and no sign of it being ready but the good news is that they close at 5 pm.
