I received a call from Cambridge Honda about a safety recall on the passenger airbag/SRS system and immediately booked an appointment. Later, the dealership cancelled it and told me that since I am “not facing any problem right now,” they would not perform the recall. This is a safety recall — it should not depend on whether the issue is currently visible.
