Be prepared for your appointment to be "rescheduled" by the completely inept administrative staff, probably multiple times. After having countless phone calls to schedule an appointment, which was booked for a Tuesday, they called in the afternoon of the preceding Friday to reschedule to Monday morning as the tech wouldn't be available Tuesday; something they should have known well before Friday afternoon. The office staff and the nurses and techs were amazing. They took the time to listen to me and seemed to know what they were talking about. Unfortunately, the nurse told me I had to direct some of my questions to the doctor. I met with him for less and 3 minutes, during which time he briefly went over some information she had already told me before proceeding to leave the room. Great, caring and scheduling was in time for me
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a medical office. The front desk staff were extremely difficult to deal with—unhelpful and dismissive. The doctors during our appointment were not much better, and the overall care felt rushed and impersonal. What made matters worse was the follow-up. They were supposed to send paperwork to our referring doctor, which they said would be done in a couple of days. It ended up taking nearly 10 days and only got done after multiple follow-up calls from our side. The whole process ... read more
A disappointing experience with the clinic that I had high hopes for. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when they canceled 2 different appointments(one in June and another in July) just a few hours before I was due to be seen. The clinic seemed promising at first, with a modern facility and a staff that appeared friendly during our initial interactions.
