I am 89 years old and they made my life hell for 2 years. Dr.Pandy was never kind when explaining things that I did not understand. They ignored my results to the point of me needing emergency surgery. Then a post surgery heart attack. After getting tests done and results ignored for 1.5 years, I went through 5 months of extreme pain, discomfort and confusion as to why it was all happening. Strange, they ran 3,4 heart tests months ago n never heard bk, no Doctor appointment , no test results, they say Doctor will tell u, i call them n always operator we will call u bk, disappointed , will also let the CPSO know. Bad practice.
Dr Pandey is extemely rude and abrupt, and don't count on him fulfilling his duty of care. He is more interested in making money. I wonder if that is what he teaches as McMaster: how to wring the most money from OHIP in the least amount of time. For example, his bogus "consultations" during cardio-rehab sessions. Like you need to be asked every time you go "do you have any questions for Dr Pandey?" when you've already been there twenty times. Most of the time he isn't even there himself, it is over the phone! Absolutely terrible experience here. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and ended up in a severe panic attack when the office insisted I wear a mask or not be seen. The office manager treated me with such a lack of respect and dignity, shoving their "policy" in my face while I was hyperventilating and telling me I would have to reschedule since I had already used up 10 minutes of my appointment time with my panic attack. The appointment confirmation system is a disaster. Despite confirming my appointment twice and leaving voicemails saying I would be there on time, I only found out they cancelled it the day I arrived and asked to come back another day. I'm a busy full-time employee and it's difficult for me to always get time off from work with my manager. I'm forced to go another day. It's completely unrealistic…
