Sharon Keene, the manager, is absolutely great. She really listens and try’s to take care of the residents. Since she took over things have been great! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an apartment. Rent is good, neighbors are good, and the Fergmer fix’s things right the first time

I’ve been here at elevation going on 3 years now & it’s changed so much in the best way we finally have good management/maintenance they’ve been working hard to get this place back in shape & have done an amazing job
