If you want a place with a revolving door for managers this is the place. They find a reason to let go of the manager every 3 to 6 months. All they care about is the bottom line. They don’t care if someone abides by the rules or not. All they care about is people paying the rent on time. When this place was owned by the original owner things were done right. Sharon Keene, the manager, is absolutely great. She really listens and try’s to take care of the residents. Since she took over things have been great! I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an apartment. Rent is good, neighbors are good, and the Fergmer fix’s things right the first time
