2 Year Resident Treated like Crap We put up with the apartment being tiny and rent going up all the time and maintenance "issues." What really bothers me is that Cambridge charged us an extra months' rent because we didn't let them know we were moving out when our contract expired. EXPIRED... Doesn't that mean the same thing as "over". I just assumed that with the contract being over we would be done living there. Great way to treat residents of 2 years, thank you! :) Have a wonderful day :)
stay away!! dirty! nasty! small! falling apart! my husband got a wart on the bottom of his foot just from walking around our apartment, very dirty, over priced. we moved out a month early because the both of us were so unhappy living here..never worth it

Even though the Cambridge Court laundry room must be accessed with a key, the windows are often left open wide over night. We left out clothes drying overnight only to find them gone the next morning. I understand that people might want to leave the windows open because of Cambridge Court's mold problem or the heat, but it ended up hurting us. Just a warning.
This complex is great for newlywed couples! I have enjoyed living here the last 2.5 years! There are some quirks; like rent is a little pricy for the area and it is pretty much comparable to the other one bedrooms around Provo now. The other is the parking. It's pretty tight, especially if you park next to a truck or SUV. The whole "mold" thing is the most redicoulus thing ever! People are just being a little dramatic about it! This place is terrible. The parking accommodations are terrible and way too small even for a normal size car. That's not even to mention the mold problem. The say they will help remove it from the windows if a maintenance request is submitted but then when you do it they just ignore it. I would like to move but they only way it seems possible is to sell my contract, but why would I want to put this terrible experience on someone else? Stay Away.
