Cambria Pines Lodge was good for the most part. The food is always great and for the most part the service was good as well. Except in the Lounge!! After walking around the premises with my daughter & my husband we stopped by the lounge for some dessert. We had been in the lounge about 30 minutes when we ordered the dessert. Upon receiving the desserts the waitress told us "as soon as she's done with dessert (our 19 month old daughter), she needs to leave. My manager just yelled at me for having her in here". We stayed one night as a stop over. Although check in was easy enough once we got to the room it went downhill from there. We had a twin queen room in the Moonshadow part of the hotel. It was dark with poor lighting, there was no fridge in the room, the walls vibrated whenever someone walked in the hallway or in the rooms above us. Breakfast was ok, but at least there was bread for making toast! Perhaps if we'd paid extra to upgrade to a suite my review might be different. However, won't be recommending this place. Wow. For as many time we go this place is simply awesome ,, nothing but relaxation , live music at bar, stroll around the garden, bottle of house wine, deer roaming outside your balcony, birds taking seeds of your hands , just amaizing,,, highly recommend,,
Very disappointed ....room was dark and gloomy ...not easy to find your way in the dark ....evening meal vastly overpriced and the breakfast was tasteless ...definitely won't be staying there again

Great Room! Great Atmosphere, restaurant was tasty.. Good buffet breakfast! Bands both nights in the roomy bar that has stiff drinks.. Only suggestion would be to appetizers until 11
We loved it here grounds were beautiful didn't want to go home
Great place. We love it. Love Smokey the cat and his dad Bob RIP. Smokey will come into your room and hang out a bit. This was our 5th stay this past Friday 4/29 /16 and Saturday in the last 5 yrs.
