The whole process was definitely the easiest thing I have ever done. I have only refinanced a mortgage once in my entire life and it did not go half as good as this did. I am just so grateful to get away from my current mortgage company, PNC bank, I can't tell you what a good feeling it is to be actually working with a company that knows what they are doing and has great customer service! I can't say enough about how quickly the whole process went on the day of closing. And the people I worked with were just awesome!
Tyler Wiltze was with us during the entire process. Once we submitted the required documentation, Tyler walked us through all the paper work electronically. It was easy to read the documents and get questions answered. When it was time to close, Tyler had the closer come to our house. It was clear that Tyler had our best interest in mind.
I have to admit, I was skeptical at first when my neighbor recommended Cambria. I saw them as a company that installed countertops, not mortgages. However, I did some digging and interest rate comparisons. My former mortgage was with one of the big banks and they couldn't come close to matching. Chad Holte and his team made the refinance fast and easy. They saved me $400 a month! We’ve gone through 3 refinances since we purchased our house 13 years ago. Most of them took months, with confusing conversations, and so many periods of radio silence. Sarah was led us through every single step, explaining what was happening behind the scenes. She worked extremely hard to keep up up to date, and made sure we could get her the info she needed before it was due. We refinanced in weeks, with the absolute best customer service I could have asked for. Thanks Sarah!!!
This was my second time working with Tyler and it was as smooth as the first. He is on top of the process and makes sure I am too. Be it by gathering proper paperwork or by simply keeping me informed as to were we are in the process, Tyler's communication was spot on.
