They definitely jack up the rates for events and I've never had to pay for breakfast at a hotel before. For over $300/night you can give us a freaking muffin. The bed was super hard. Dinner was good, but our tip goes to the hotel not the server??? She only gets tipped if we had cash, wtf? Basically you're overpaying to not have to drive home.
Front desk manager Debbie Costabile was awesome. She went above and beyond meeting all my family’s complicated requests.
