Aweful experience ! I stayed at the Cambria hotel Pittsburgh downtown last night I arrived to the hotel around 11:20 pm , and would like to express my concerns about what happened last night at check in, so first I got assigned to room 313 , when I got to the room the main door was opened and when I entered there was a horrible smell in there, I tried to call front desk but I thinks they were attending another call so I went downstairs and asked to be placed in another room, so the front desk agent transferred me to 402 ever... read more

Booked a room for Saturday 09/27 2 full days ahead of time. (it showed 2 rooms left) got a confirmation of reservation. Then i get a call the day before telling me "oh we don't have any rooms left and we can't do anything for you" This hotel is a complete joke. **updated reply to response from "owner"** Your laughable response is just more assurance that your hotel is in shambles, maybe fix the rotting rooms or the broken elevators.
