For the price stay at any of the other hotels that are within spitting distance. At least at the Marriott they tell you up front everything is an up charge. Had I known parking in the empty parking garage would be an addional $40 i would have parked on the nearly as empty street.

Rooms are very outdated. Lobby seems to be newly renovated, but the rest of the hotel lacks appeal beyond that area.

Gentleman at the front desk was very rude and snippy with myself and another person in the room. Parking was fully paid at an agreed rate and amount, the gentleman attempted to charge an additional inflated rate the next day (the vehicle was no longer in the lot at all at this point and was out of the lot at the agreed time), then was rude to both myself and the additional person in the room when the charge was questioned. After calling and pressing on the issue, the charge was finally dropped.

Dude when we got there the lock on the door broke, when we told the front desk people they sent a maintenance guy to fix it, while he was working on it I decided to go out into Pittsburgh and do ny activities, when i git back hours later they told me that "they havent even seen the maintenance guy" and that it wasnt done. DEAD SERIOUS , skip this hotel and get a different one near here, this place is a joke
