This hotel is incredibly well priced for the area, and I was so impressed by how spotlessly clean everything was. Having modern vinyl floors instead of gross hotel carpeting is a massive game changer and makes the room feel so fresh. The entire staff was fantastic, but a special shoutout goes to the amazing valet crew. Getting valet parking for only $20 a day is a total steal, and they were so kind and helpful. It was a 10 out of 10 stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
Very nice hotel. Room was very clean, organized and comfy. Service was excellent and the location is convenient to several attractions nearby (college, convention center, museum, shopping). Parking is a bother, as it is in a crowded area, and you almost always have to use a valet to park/retrieve your vehicle. Their hotel lot nearby only has room for a couple dozen cars.
Currently staying and at 2am I realize large stains on my comforter! When I called the front desk and said I just noticed it’s not clean, her only response is “come down and get another one” never apologized or anything, seems normal to them! I said can it be delivered for convenience, She said she can’t leave bc she’s the only one at the desk..(but can leave to get the sheets from housekeeping?) well I’m not leaving my room at 2AM!! NOT HAPPY ILL BE SLEEPING WITH NO COMFORTER AND NO APOLOGY OR PROFESSIONALISM. UNSANITARY.
This has been the worst experience I have had working out of town staying in hotels. Yes it may look good on the inside but the service was horrible. Booking was setup through my company for this one night stay and a letter was sent to them with the company credit card info. Stating that any additional charges was to be charged to the card. After explaining that to the staff they still insisted on me putting my personal card on record when the company I work for pays the incidental charges.
