Terrible experience. They charged for shop expendables, hazardous waste when no even a bolt was installed, or a single item were removed. Charged by hour above other Peterbilt dealerships with an additional charge listed as "technical advisor" which when I scheduled the service, I requested an electrical/ electronic technician to do the service needed.
