Posting on behalf of holiday west and woods Rent monies was stolen from “ drop boxes” in September where office staff didn’t even file a police report for 7 days, but in that time they managed to remove the drop box and “ clean” them of evidence. After finally filing a police report they listed themselves as the “ victims “ and even managed to leave actually victims names out of the police report.. for the next couple months residents remained on edge, scared, and frustrated. We can never contact anyone for anything! Calls or emails never get returned. Our rent goes up but for what? The roads don't get plowed or salted and people have fallen a truck almost slid into my neighbors home because of the ice. Sidewalks have to be shoveled and salted or get fined but the roads stay crappy. We have trees tearing up our driveway but that's our responsibility even when I am told I can't plant a shrub.
