I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. I booked several nights but had to leave early after discovering they had a serious mouse infestation. I have video evidence of mice in the room, and the situation was completely unacceptable from both a hygiene and health and safety perspective. No guest should have to stay in those conditions. Great location room very clean and comfortable great size really quiet no road noise even though road and petrol station nearby, which has a foodary great for late night food and drinks.Woolworths and Coles nearby ie few minutes walk lots of restaurants and cafes. Good secure underground parking. Bedside drawers and lamps both sides of bed and lots of choice for charging phones etc.
From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, Janet at reception went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Despite the convenient location, it was impressively quiet. The car park also provided easy access to both the lift and the rooms, which made everything very convenient. Highly recommended.
This business should remove the word serviced from its name, as apparently rooms are only serviced if your stay is 4 or more nights. Call me old fashioned, but I don't think it's appropriate that guests are paying good money with the expectation the guest had to empty their bins in a dumbster in the car park. Also, had to unplug a bedside light as it was flickering and making scary noises! Informed staff and at the end of my three night stay, nothing was done.
