BEWARE!! Don't rent from them. Last year it took months to fix my broken a/c I was in the seat in the middle of summer with no a/c and they did not care at all. Now they are added $45 a month on top of increased rent prices for air filters and renters insurance. Let me stress to you that they were on our ass non stop to change our filters every single month now that they are paying for them they changed it to every three months. now my ac filters are getting clogged and my electricity is increasing. They are very unprofessional and on the verge of violating the Landlord -Tennant Act by not performing repairs in a timely manner. My son rented a home from them which was supposed to be move in ready. But it wasn't. He has several repair request since he moved in over 4 months ago. The heat has not been working on one side of the house since he moved in, so he has a cold house and high gas and electric bills. Not to mention he is paying a sizable amount for rent. If I could give negative stars I would. Home quality 0 . Multiple unfinished steps in the home build . Nails sticking out everywhere and attic latter installed so poorly it fell on my head and caused a skull fracture and brain bleed. Skip ahead. Rent raised $400 second year. Skip ahead to move out. Not only did they use up our entire deposit on off the wall upgrades and renovations but also new landscaping/ tree removals/ and a $3,000 interior paint job? Do not rent from this company we rented for 2 years and even gave them a 60 days notice. Left property better then when we moved in even spent money for lawn care, flowers, fertilizer and strawberry. We find out 2 months after we moved that they kept our deposit after we was told it would be returned back. Charged us a fee for cleaning the garbage disposal and unmatching lightbulbs in 1 bathroom. So they kept over $2000 dollars for that. This company will not return your deposit no matter how well you leave the property. The... read more
