The best customer service anywhere. Excellent parts availability and the knowledge to help keep your machines running. If you're buying/maintaining Stihl don't bother going anywhere else.
Took mower in that gets a lot of abuse - "rode hard and put away wet" - by a lot of different volunteers all summer. They tuned it up nice - spark plugs, cleaned carb, replaced filters, new blade(old was bent out of shape from running over twigs to branches), drained oil & gas tanks, even tightened up the wheels to be smooth and solid again, etc. - never thought it could run this smoothly again. Very satisfied!
Thanks for the help with the trimmers for the Lacamas Trails Advocacy Group, they will go towards helping keep our park in great shape!
